Tasks are numbered once, in a register the Protocol Parser builds from the Schedule of Events. Each staff member simply carries the task numbers they are delegated, so a 25 task protocol stays as readable as a 6 task one. Certifications are checked live, and sponsor mandated duties cannot be reworded, deleted, or left unassigned.
